GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

Fine Arts Journal of Global Review (FAJGR) welcomes original, unpublished, and high-quality manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of fine arts, visual culture, and interdisciplinary artistic research. Authors are requested to carefully follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth submission, peer-review, and publication process.

1. Originality

Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and must not be under consideration for publication in any other journal or conference.

2. Scope of the Journal

Manuscripts should fall within the scope of Fine Arts Journal of Global Review (FAJGR) and present significant scholarly, theoretical, or practice-based contributions to the field of fine arts.

3. Manuscript Preparation

Authors should prepare their manuscripts in clear and professional English. The manuscript should include:

  • Title of the Paper
  • Author Name(s) and Affiliation(s)
  • Abstract (150–250 words)
  • Keywords (4–6)
  • Introduction
  • Literature Review (if applicable)
  • Research Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgements (if applicable)
  • References

4. Formatting Requirements

  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12 pt
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
  • Page Numbers: Bottom Center
  • References should follow the journal's prescribed citation style.

5. Figures and Tables

All figures, tables, illustrations, and photographs must be of high quality, properly numbered, titled, and cited within the manuscript. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material where required.

6. Citation and References

All sources cited in the manuscript must be accurately referenced. Authors should ensure the completeness and consistency of all citations.

7. Ethical Compliance

Authors must ensure that their research complies with accepted academic and research ethics. Any conflict of interest or funding support should be clearly disclosed.

8. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo an editorial screening followed by a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. Acceptance is based on originality, scholarly quality, relevance, and reviewer recommendations.

9. Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain responsibility for the originality of their work and must ensure that all necessary permissions have been obtained before publication. Upon acceptance, authors may be required to complete the journal's copyright or licensing formalities.

10. Submission

Authors should submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system or the official submission email, ensuring that all required files and information are provided at the time of submission.

11. Editorial Decision

The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of a manuscript rests with the Editorial Board. The editors reserve the right to make minor editorial changes to improve clarity, consistency, and formatting without altering the scientific or artistic content.
