COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS POLICY
Fine Arts Journal of Global Review (FAJGR) is committed to ensuring fairness, transparency, and integrity in all aspects of the publication process. The journal provides a transparent mechanism for handling complaints and appeals related to editorial decisions, peer review, publication ethics, and published articles. All submissions are treated confidentially, impartially, and in accordance with ethical publishing standards.
Complaints
The journal accepts complaints regarding:
- Editorial or peer review processes.
- Delays in manuscript handling.
- Publication ethics or research misconduct.
- Plagiarism, copyright, or conflict of interest.
- Errors in published articles.
Complaints must be submitted in writing with sufficient supporting information for proper evaluation.
Appeals
Authors may appeal an editorial decision if they believe it was based on a factual error, procedural issue, or misunderstanding. Appeals should clearly explain the reason and provide relevant supporting evidence.
The Editor-in-Chief or an independent Editorial Board member will review the appeal. If required, the manuscript may undergo an additional independent peer review. The decision made after the appeal review will be final.
Investigation and Resolution
All complaints and appeals are acknowledged, reviewed, and investigated fairly. Where necessary, the journal may seek advice from independent experts and follow internationally recognized publication ethics guidelines. Appropriate actions may include reconsideration of a manuscript, publication of a correction, issuance of an Expression of Concern, or retraction of an article when justified.
Confidentiality
The journal maintains the confidentiality of all parties involved throughout the complaint or appeal process and shares information only with those directly responsible for the investigation.
