ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) POLICY

Fine Arts Journal of Global Review (FAJGR) recognizes the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in academic research and scholarly communication. The journal supports the responsible and ethical use of AI-assisted tools while emphasizing that authors remain fully accountable for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and ethical standards of their work.

Use of AI by Authors

Authors may use AI-assisted tools to improve language, grammar, readability, or formatting. However, any use of AI in the preparation of a manuscript should be transparent and must not compromise the originality, accuracy, or scientific integrity of the research.

Authors remain fully responsible for:

  • The accuracy and authenticity of all content.
  • The originality of ideas, analysis, and conclusions.
  • Proper citation of all sources.
  • Compliance with the journal's publication ethics and plagiarism policies.

Disclosure of AI Use

If AI tools have been used in the preparation of a manuscript, authors should provide a clear disclosure describing the purpose and extent of such use. This information should be included in the manuscript or the acknowledgements section, where appropriate.

Authorship

Artificial Intelligence tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors. Authorship is limited to individuals who meet the journal's authorship criteria and who accept full responsibility for the content of the manuscript.

Editorial and Peer Review Process

Editors and reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts. Manuscript content should not be uploaded to public or unauthorized AI platforms that may compromise confidentiality, copyright, or intellectual property rights.

Editorial Assessment

The journal reserves the right to request clarification regarding the use of AI tools during the submission or review process. Manuscripts found to contain undisclosed, misleading, or unethical use of AI may be rejected or, if already published, may be corrected or retracted in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policies.
